Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Premium Subscriptions: Earn 20% of the subscription revenue for each month a referred customer remains on a paid plan, for up to 12 consecutive months.

Specialist Consultations: Earn 10% of the consultation fee for each booking made by a referred customer within the 90-day attribution window.

Specialist Referral Bonus: Earn a one-time $100 bonus when a specialist you referred becomes an active, verified DermaGenome specialist.

Attribution Window: Referrals are tracked for 90 days from the first click. Conversions outside this window are not eligible for commission.

Commission rates may be adjusted by DermaGenome for individual affiliates based on performance, audience quality, and agreement terms. Any changes will be communicated 30 days in advance.

Minimum Payout Threshold: Commissions are only eligible for payout when your approved balance reaches or exceeds $50.00 USD.

30-Day Commission Hold: All commissions are placed on a mandatory 30-day hold from the date of conversion before they become eligible for approval. This allows time for potential chargebacks, refunds, or fraud review.

Approval Process: After the hold period, commissions move from "held" to "pending approval." DermaGenome reviews and approves payouts on a rolling basis, typically within 7 business days of hold expiry.

Payout Method: Payouts are sent to the payout email address registered in your affiliate account. You are responsible for keeping this accurate.

Currency: All commissions are denominated and paid in USD.

Tax Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on commissions received.

The following activities will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all pending commissions:

• Self-referrals: You may not use your own referral link to sign up yourself, a family member, or any person you control.
• Fake accounts: Creating fictitious accounts to generate commissions is strictly prohibited.
• Cookie stuffing: Injecting referral tracking without genuine user intent is fraud.
• Spam: Mass unsolicited emails, SMS, or social media spam promoting DermaGenome.
• Misleading claims: Making false or exaggerated claims about DermaGenome's services, results, or medical capabilities.
• Competitor disparagement: Using affiliate content to unfairly disparage competitors.
• Incentivized clicks: Paying or incentivizing others to click your affiliate link without genuine intent to purchase.
• Paid search bidding: Bidding on DermaGenome branded keywords in paid advertising without prior written approval.

If a referred customer issues a chargeback, requests a refund, or cancels a subscription that generated a commission, the corresponding commission will be:

• Reversed if already paid → deducted from your next payout
• Cancelled if still pending or held → commission amount set to $0
• Marked as "Reversed" in your conversion history

Recurring subscription commissions only apply to months where the subscription remains active and paid. Cancellations stop future commission accrual immediately.

DermaGenome employs automated and manual fraud detection. Suspicious activity includes (but is not limited to):

• Affiliate email matching referred customer email
• Payout email matching referred customer email
• Unusual conversion velocity (many conversions in short periods)
• Duplicate conversions for the same referred email
• IP address matching between affiliate and referred customer

Flagged conversions are automatically placed in fraud review and will not be paid until cleared. DermaGenome reserves the right to reject any conversion deemed fraudulent without prior notice.

As a DermaGenome affiliate, you may:

• Use the DermaGenome name and logo in promotional content
• Describe DermaGenome as an AI-powered, specialist-guided skincare platform
• Share DermaGenome blog posts, social media content, and official materials

You may NOT:

• Modify the DermaGenome logo or create derivative branding
• Claim you are employed by or officially represent DermaGenome
• Make medical claims about DermaGenome's services
• Use DermaGenome branding in adult, political, or illegal content
• Create websites that could be mistaken for official DermaGenome properties

DermaGenome reserves the right to:

• Modify commission rates or program structure with 30 days notice
• Suspend or terminate any affiliate account for violations of these terms
• Terminate the affiliate program entirely with 60 days notice
• Withhold payment pending investigation of suspected fraud

Upon termination (whether by you or DermaGenome), any approved commissions above the payout threshold will be paid within 60 days. Pending/held commissions during the hold period will be evaluated and paid if determined legitimate.
